This week on:
Ask The Pharmacist
Dr. Susan Biali, M.D.: Live A Life You Love
This was a delightful interview with Susan Biali MD. She is a doctor, a flamenco dancer, and an author, not to mention wife, daughter, and several other roles. Her book is filled with information to help the reader recognize the many pieces in life that might need adjusting just a little to make your life fit “YOU” better. It is filled with understandable, common sense ways of achieving both physical and emotional wellness. What a great Mother’s Day’s gift !
One of the powerful points she makes in her book is the importance of living your own life rather than the life you think you are supposed to live to make others happy, while it may make others appear happy it is likely to make you depressed.
To learn more about the book and the author and to purchase a copy of this book go to www.susanbiali.com .
This book reminded me of a long ago lesson I learned from a poem. In my search for the poem, I was able to find the poem and this memorial site to the author. www.theguyintheglass.com I hope you take time to read the poem. And I believe Dr. Biali’s book like this the poem written in 1934 provides information and advice that is timeless.
